These little things are deeeee-lish! The spicy octopus sushi comes packed in a variety of texture. You got the chewy(octopus), the crunchy(tempura), the mini explosions(fish eggs), the crispy(nori), the soft(sushi rice) and the smooth(avocado) that mixes so well together. This is a great treat for any one who loves sushi.

What you need:
- Two 1 by 7 inch strip of nori
- sushi rice
- 2 slices of octopus
- tempura
- masago
- scallions
- and Spicy Sauce
What to do:
Take 2 slices of octopus and cut them up into tiny pieces. Place these pieces into a bowl or mixing cup. Next place a little tempura, masago, scallions, and spicy sauce and mix it up thoroughly. Place the mixture aside until needed. Make 2 small balls of sushi rice and wrap them with the nori strips. The rice should be about a 1/2 inch down right where the middle of the nori is. Close the nori off by using a few pieces of rice to stick to the end of the nori and the already wrapped. Basically, make a cylinder pocket. Next, slice 2 thin pieces of avocado. Place the avocados inside the cylinder and against the inside of the nori. Now scoop the octopus mixture into the nori pocket. The avocado should still be visible. To finish, swivel spicy sauce on top and serve on a plate.
