Sriracha hot sauce
Sriracha is a hot sauce that is normally used for many oriental dishes. Don’t be surprised if you see this hot sauce at your local sushi restaurant. If you have ever ordered a spicy tuna or any spicy roll, chances are that it was made with this hot sauce. It is a naturally red colored chili paste made from sun-ripened chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. The hot sauce can be drizzled on top of sushi rolls or on a side dish as a dipping sauce.
