
Sushi Vids was created for the pure purpose of informing the masses of how to create sushi in your own home. It is a detailed journal of the traditional arts and crafts with an encouragement on creative fusion. Some posts will involve information to stimulate the mental focus of precision, whereas precision is key to becoming a great sushi chef. Discipline and focus will be your foundation. hi chef raymond… normally they use fresh fish for sushi but some other especially in home… can asked if is safe to use frozen fish for sushi?

I love your webiste. I have always wondered how to make sushi and as a student there is not much variety to my cooking. I enjoy japanese foods becuase it is less oily than Chinese food and I am converting. Please keep teaching! Thank you!!
