that is one question i cannot answer because i did not go to sushi school, i actually just started from bottom up at a sushi restaurant and just kept reading about sushi through books and online and just practice yourself at home. basically i created this website to show people how to make sushi so they dont have to go to sushi school if they are planning to just make sushi at home. For now, I’m heading towards a new direction w/ this website, I’m going to make it very easy and thorough for anyone to learn how to make sushi

As an exchange student in Japan, I had a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help with traditional Japanese net fishing. Then, standing on the beach with some ancient Japanese grandfathers, I joined in again as they ate the very fresh, very alive fish.

Watching your precision, the loving skill applied to work brings back so many memories of being in Japan and learning a new way of looking at the world.

    Thank you.

I believe your doing something great to help people who enjoy sushi, but can’t afford it such as me. Since I’ve watch most of your videos I learned to create some sushi on my own, but I can’t beat your sushi YET… Thank you PS: I wished to become a chef one day now, but never really knew what kind of chef I want to be until now.
